Therefore, the presence of futile justice system justifies the use of violence to get a share of the scarce natural resources and claim an end to oppression (Murchadha, 2006). In addition, it is justifiable in self defense or to avert a life threatening situation which may not be urgently addressed through legal means.A thin line exists regarding as to when the use of violence is justifiable and when it is not.
